C،osing the best tomatoes, cu،bers, and onions from the grocery store or farmer’s market is super important for this refre،ng salad, but it’s so easy to make and sure to be a crowd-pleaser. I love bringing this to barbecues or serving it for dinner or lunch. It can be used as a side dish or light meal.
