I recently made this dip for a family gathering, and everyone was scooping it up with everything from ،ers to chips to crostini. It’s seriously so creamy and savory, and melted Boursin pucks make for the perfect herby and cheesy base. We can’t wait for you to try it 😀

Easy Variations & Subs،utions

Boursin cheese: We used garlic and c،e Boursin cheese, but any flavor will work. 

Using another variety of cheese: You can replace the Boursin with goat cheese logs if necessary.

Cherry tomatoes: We love the flavor and size of cherry tomatoes, but any variety of tomato will work as long as they’re cut to a similar size as cherry tomatoes for roasting.

Onion: White onion adds a subtle flavor that we love, but yellow onion or shallot will also work.

Amp up the ،e: Double the red pepper flakes to give this dip a little extra heat.

Roasted Garlic Baked Boursin Dip

Try our Roasted Garlic Baked Boursin Dip for a creamy, flavorful appetizer! Burst cherry tomatoes, garlic, and Boursin cheese create a rich, savory dip perfect for any occasion.

Total:40 minutes

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tables،s tomato paste
  • ½ medium white onion diced
  • 1 teas، sea salt
  • ½ teas، ground black pepper
  • 10 oz. cherry tomatoes
  • 1 head garlic ~10 cloves garlic
  • 2 pucks Boursin cheese any flavor

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 400ºF.

  • Add the olive oil and tomato paste into an 8×8-inch baking dish and whisk the ingredients together. Trim the tip of the head of garlic so the cloves remain intact. Add the onion, salt, pepper, tomatoes, and garlic to the dish and toss all of the ingredients together until coated.

  • Nestle two Boursin pucks into the tomatoes and cover. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese browns and the tomatoes have burst.

  • Remove the dip and carefully squeeze the garlic cloves out of the head. Use a fork to mash the garlic cloves and tomatoes. Then, stir everything together.

  • Drizzle the top with a little olive oil and season with fresh c،es and red pepper flakes. Serve with crostini, ،ers, or vegetables.

Tips & Notes

  • We used garlic and c،e Boursin cheese, but any flavor will work.
  • You can replace the Boursin bricks with goat cheese logs if necessary.
