Naturally sweetened with ripe bananas and full of w،le grain oats, I couldn’t be happier to comply with their request with my Quick Banana Oatmeal with Flax. While you certainly could make this over the stove top, I always make it in the microwave to avoid ،ing a pan, and to save time!

  • Oats: I like to use old-fa،oned oats so that I can make it quickly in the microwave.
  • Milk: I usually use w،le milk, but you can use any dairy-free milk as well to make this dish vegan.
  • Banana: A little creamy and naturally very sweet, I like to use bananas to sweeten my oatmeal and smoothies so I don’t have to use any added sweeteners!
  • Flax seed meal: Basically flavorless, but full of omega-3 ،ty acids, fiber, and protein!
  • Cinnamon: A little bit of warmth and depth of flavor for the oatmeal.
