How to make Paccheri Pasta with Tomato Sauce

1. Bring a large ، of water to a boil and generously season it with salt. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions. (Paccheri usually cooks in 12 minutes).

4. Transfer the cooked tomatoes to a mixing bowl and add the cream and Parmesan cheese. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth. Alternatively, you can use a blender.
