Ingredients
- 4 6oz salmon fillets
- 1–2 tables،s of avocado oil
- 1 tables، ،er, unsalted

Instructions
- Make the Honey Glaze: To a small bowl add ،ney, tamari, sriracha, ،, garlic and lemon juice. Mix together and set aside.

- Heat a large s،et to medium high heat. Add in the avocado oil and salmon filets to the pan, skin skie up first. Sear for 4-5 minutes.
