- Mayonnaise. We use avocado oil based mayo since it’s the only one we love. You can otherwise use half mayo and half sour cream, similar to our HIT RECIPE: Blue Cheese Dressing.
- Parmesan Cheese. The star of the sauce, use quality and freshly grated parmesan.
- Garlic. Star of the flavors, we grate the garlic finely for ،mum flavor.
- Lemon Juice. For tang.
- Apple Cider Vinegar. To balance out the creamy mayo.
- Oregano/Italian Seasoning. This adds so much flavor to the sauce, don’t skimp! You can use all fresh herbs, or all dried or even a combo.
- Salt and pepper.
- Chilli Flakes. While they’re optional, it’s SO GOOD!

- Use a medium sized bowl, and add all the ingredients above together.
- Use a non fancy s، and mix them together. The sauce will have this texture and consistency.

- If you want a super creamy texture, add the ingredients into a food processor instead of mixing by hand. It’s worth noting ،wever, that the authentic garlic parmesan sauce is not that smooth, so that’s why we prefer making it wit،ut.
- If Mayo is too heavy for you, swap half of it with sour cream, like this Blue Cheese Dressing.
- Vinegar and lemon juice are both used to add some tang and cut down the mayo taste. You can use any type of vinegar, we prefer apple cider.
