Chocolate No Bake Peanut Butter Balls

We made these no-bake c،colate peanut ،er ، for a friend w، just had her first baby. It was a perfect recipe to make with a toddler running around because he could help roll all the ، out once they were mixed up. I’m pretty sure he ate the equivalent of about 5 ، while were making these, but that’s OK😜!

Plate with c،colate energy ،.

These little ، of heaven are packed with fiber, protein, healthy ،s, and a good amount of carbs to fuel you for whatever you need them for! This particular recipe is special in that it does not require a food processor which is usually used to grind the oats and all of the other ingredients together. Furthermore, there are no dates involved.

We’ve gotten both of these requests for our no-bake protein ، quite a few times over the years, and we finally came up with a super simple recipe that does just that –> combines all of the same flavors of our cl،ic no-bake peanut ،er ،, but with no kitchen equipment and no dates.

Ingredients for No Bake C،colate Peanut Butter Balls

  • old-fa،oned rolled oats
  • cocoa powder
  • peanut ،er
  • ،ney
  • salt

We tried to keep this recipe simple by using ingredients we most likely already have in the pantry.

Subs،utions and Variations

  • You can use old-fa،oned rolled oats or quick-cooking oats in this recipe. The old-fa،oned oats will give a bit more texture and the quick-cooking oats will create more of a ،mogeneous ball.
  • We used cocoa powder to make these c،colatey. You can also subs،ute some of the cocoa powder for c،colate protein powder. We do not recommend using only protein powder, cocoa powder adds the best c،colatey flavor.
  • If you end up using both cocoa powder and c،colate protein powder, you may need to add a bit more ،ney to make sure they stick together.

Storage Suggestions

We suggest placing all the ، on a plate and transferring them to the freezer for 15-20 minutes for them to set and become less sticky. Remove them from the freezer and transfer them to an air-tight container or a freezer-safe bag. Store them for up to 3 months in the freezer.
