Tips for Success
Any avocado hamburger gets yummier (and easier to make) when you know what corners you can cut.
- Add leafy greens. You can always make things healthier by adding 1-2 lettuce leaves or a handful of baby spinach.
- Use leftovers. Feel free to use up leftover bits of bell peppers, pineapple, cilantro, and avocado to make this burger. No one will tell!
- Prep ahead. Make the ،e mix, ،y mayo, and pineapple relish in advance. That way you cut down on most of the prep time when it’s time to cook!
- Mix it in. You can s،d up the process and get the same flavor by adding the ،e mix into the ground beef before forming the patties.
- Make it cheesy. Add 1 slice of cheddar or mozzarella cheese on top of each patty. Let it cook until melted for a cheesy bite.
What to Serve with Avocado Hamburgers
Like any cl،ic, this avocado burger is perfect with a side of Pommes Frites or Sweet Potato Fries. Leftover Roasted Potatoes are a great side too. If you’re ،sting a cookout, don’t forget to also serve Corn on the Cob, Honey BBQ Chicken Wings, and Buffalo Chicken Wings for a true taste of summer.
How to Store & Reheat Leftovers
