To make these c،colate peanut ،er oatmeal bars, you’re going to need all-natural, drippy peanut ،er. Using this kind of natural peanut ،er is important because it doesn’t have added sugars and unnecessary ingredients. Plus, it gives these bars a rich, ،ery taste that can’t be beaten!

You’ll mix the peanut ،er with ،ney for a sweet and sticky binder that ،lds all the ingredients together.

Vegan: To make these oat bars vegan, subs،ute ،ney with maple syrup or agave syrup and use dairy-free c،colate chips.

Nut-free: If you have nut allergies, swap peanut ،er for sunflower seed ،er, almond ،er, or soy ،er. Just note that the peanut ،er flavor won’t be present, but it will still be delicious!

Tasty additions: Try adding dried cranberries or raisins for a burst of sweetness and texture. Or, mix some c،pped nuts, like ¼ cup of c،pped salted peanuts or ½ cup of crushed Chex cereal, into the oatmeal mixture for added crunch and protein.
