Ingredients

Lime Baked Tortilla Chips ingredients
  • Tortillas: To keep the chips gluten-free, use corn tortillas. Otherwise, you can use flour tortillas.
  • Olive oil: I like to use olive oil as it’s heart healthy and mild in flavor, but you can use avocado oil or canola oil if you prefer.
  • Salt: I like the co،ness sea salt gives to the chips, along with the depth of flavor.
  • Lime: Both fresh lime juice and zest is used to give these chips a bright, acidic, lime flavor.
