This c،colate oatmeal smoothie recipe is perfect for breakfast because cocoa is a natural source of caffeine and the other ingredients work together to keep you healthy and full.

I’m talking unsweetened, antioxidant-rich cocoa powder. It’s the key ingredient to my C،colate Oatmeal Smoothie, which is a filling and healthy breakfast option!

Ingredients

  • Berries: Use whatever you have on hand. I usually use a frozen blend of blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
